Deposit
Your reservation will only come into effect after you have received our booking confirmation and you have paid the demanded deposit.
Child reduction
Parents may not have to pay for their children’s stay, if they are younger than 2 years.
Credit cards
Please understand that we, as a small company, cannot accept credit cards.
Visitor's tax
Each guest (15 years or older) has to pay € 1,60 per person/per day as visitor’s tax, which has to be added to our prices.
Short-time addition
With bookings shorter than 3 nights we need to add a supplement of € 5,-- per night.
Cancellation conditions
- Free cancellation possible until 45 days before the beginning of your journey.
- A cancellation between 45 and 4 days before the beginning of your journey needs to be charged with 80% of the costs.
- A cancellation between 3 and 0 days before the beginning of your journey needs to be charged with 90% of the costs.
